18th April 2007 - Laustra Bad wins the Tyrconnell Sponsored Cheltenham Race

From a field of 14 horses who started the Tyrconnell Single Malt Novices Hurdle Race at the 18th of April Cheltenham race meeting the favourite Laustra Bad, trained by David Pipe and ridden by Tom Scudamore, romped home to victory. In maintaining with the history of the Tyrconnell brand Golden Alchemist, trained by M D I Usher, managed to place at odds of 50 to 1.
