August 2005 - Launch of Exclusive Single Cask Tyrconnell 1992 (Cask 3169) with The Celtic Whiskey Shop

An exclusive bottling of unpeated Tyrconnell malt with only 280 bottles, only available from the The Celtic Whiskey Shop based in Dawson Street,Dublin (www.celticwhiskeyshop.com). Distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2005 at 46% without chill-filtration. Taste: Smooth and soft with initial flavours of fresh pears, fruit salad and apples. The palate develops slowly revealing more complex toffee, malt and sweet vanilla with the typical fruity Cooley style remaining to the finish. A lovely fresh and vibrant style of malt.
